3. COMPANY STRUCTURE

Compu Cable Projects is structured in such a way as to provide the best possible cabling and networking solutions required by the customers, with emphasis on quality, expertise and service.

 

Compu Cable Projects has been successful for the past twenty eight years due to it’s commitment to well balanced management and financial structures.

The Organisation is set out as follows:

 

​3.1  Sales and Marketing

 

 

The sales and marketing division with a combined experience of thirty years in the cabling and networking field is responsible for the planning and design of advanced cabling systems and network.

 

​3.2  Operational Department

​

This department comprises of 10 teams of highly trained and experienced installers in all aspects of cabling and networking.

 

All teams consists of a supervisor and two qualified installers and are specifically trained as follows:

3.2.1 General:

 

​

Ten teams responsible for cabling of Fibre Optic and Certified Category 5e cabling systems. These teams have been trained by well known Fibre Optic, UTP and FTP Cabling Manufacturers and Distributors so as to provide installations that conform to the latest international cabling standards available.

 

We uphold these standards through continued training.

 

​3.2.2  Heavy Industrial:

​

 

Ten, highly experienced and trained teams are responsible for installations in the normal to heavy industrial areas. They have 20 years experience in the installation of Fibre Optic Networks in areas such as Industrial Sites, Mining Environment, Escom lines, Private and Government Campuses, etc.

​

 

We believe that these fields require highly trained installers to provide quality installations, and therefore, our personnel are continuously trained in all aspects of cabling with emphasis on;

4.2  Services:

As Compu Cable Projects believe that the successful implementation of any network depends on the quality of the final test results, we have invested in the most advanced testing equipment available for both UTP, FTP and Fibre Optic cabling systems.

 

Our Sales and Marketing team continuously monitor the current standards at hand for all cabling types and therefore all cabling systems are tested and certified to the highest standards available at any given time.

Test Equipment:

 

Category 5/6 UTP and FTP

 

All Category 5/6 cabling systems are tested and certified with an approved tester (i.e. Fluke) and all results handed over to the customer.

 

              Fibre Optic

 

All Fibre Optic cables are spliced with a Fusion Splicer and tested with a Time Domain Reflectometer and results handed over to the customer.
